L'Acanto is my go-to place in Syracuse. They helped with my elderly parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and AC. Plus, pets are welcome! Coming back for xmas. No regrets.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at L'Acanto in the heart of Syracuse. The location was perfect, situated on the picturesque via Roma. Our room and bathroom were lovely, with a charming touch of organic soap and fragrant loo rolls. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the common area with 24-hour access to a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine was a bonus. The daily room cleaning and abundance of mineral water were also greatly appreciated.

We had an exceptional stay at a charming guesthouse in the heart of Ortigia. The hosts, especially Giuliana, were incredibly friendly and made sure our experience was perfect. The large and tastefully decorated room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, served on the roof terrace, was amazing with homemade treats and delicious cappuccino. The location was ideal, close to main attractions. L'Acanto provided us with a warm and homey atmosphere, making it the best experience of our lives.

I absolutely loved the location of this B&B in the heart of Ortigia. Being on a pedestrian street made it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the historic center. The room and bathroom were clean and tastefully decorated, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of local products, and I especially enjoyed having access to a communal kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge. The B&B also had lovely terraces where I could relax and admire the view.

That the B&B did not accept credit cards, so I had to pay in cash.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of fresh pastries and juices to choose from. The central location of the hotel was also a plus, as it made it easy to explore the city on foot. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay.

The noise from the restaurant below was quite bothersome, especially late at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
